Classic Matcha Latte

Smooth, gently sweet, and steady all morning. This is the everyday way to drink KaMoss.

Ingredients:

  • 2g (1 tsp) KaMoss Ceremonial Matcha
  • 60ml hot water (80°C, not boiling)
  • 200ml milk of choice, steamed or frothed
  • Honey or syrup to taste

How to:

  1. Sift the matcha into a bowl to remove clumps.
  2. Add hot water and whisk in a brisk zigzag motion until frothy.
  3. Pour into a cup and top with steamed milk.
  4. Sweeten to taste and serve.
