Ingredients:
- 2g (1 tsp) KaMoss Ceremonial Matcha
- 60ml hot water (80°C, not boiling)
- 200ml milk of choice, steamed or frothed
- Honey or syrup to taste
How to:
- Sift the matcha into a bowl to remove clumps.
- Add hot water and whisk in a brisk zigzag motion until frothy.
- Pour into a cup and top with steamed milk.
- Sweeten to taste and serve.
