No-Churn Matcha Ice Cream
Rich, creamy, and gently bittersweet — no ice cream machine required.Ingredients:
2 tbsp KaMoss Ceremonial Matcha
400ml double cream
1 can (400ml) condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
How to:
Whip the double cream to soft peaks.
Whisk the matcha into the condensed milk until smooth, then fold into the cream with the vanilla.
Pour into a loaf tin and freeze for at least 6 hours.
Scoop and serve.
