Iced Matcha Latte

The one you will want on repeat all summer.

Ingredients:

  • 2g (1 tsp) KaMoss Ceremonial Matcha
  • 60ml hot water (80°C, not boiling)
  • 200ml milk of choice
  • Ice cubes

How to:

  1. Sift the matcha into a bowl and whisk with hot water until frothy and clump-free.
  2. Fill a glass with ice.
  3. Pour in cold milk, then top with the whisked matcha.
  4. Stir gently and serve.
