A calm, no-crash breakfast you prep the night before.
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp KaMoss Ceremonial Matcha
- 50g rolled oats
- 150ml milk of choice
- 1 tbsp yoghurt
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
How to:
- Whisk the matcha into a splash of warm water until smooth.
- Stir in the oats, milk, yoghurt, and honey.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with fruit, nuts, or extra matcha in the morning.
