No-Churn Matcha Ice Cream

Rich, creamy, and gently bittersweet — no ice cream machine required.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp KaMoss Ceremonial Matcha
  • 400ml double cream
  • 1 can (400ml) condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

How to:

  1. Whip the double cream to soft peaks.
  2. Whisk the matcha into the condensed milk until smooth, then fold into the cream with the vanilla.
  3. Pour into a loaf tin and freeze for at least 6 hours.
  4. Scoop and serve.
