Rich, creamy, and gently bittersweet — no ice cream machine required.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp KaMoss Ceremonial Matcha
- 400ml double cream
- 1 can (400ml) condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
How to:
- Whip the double cream to soft peaks.
- Whisk the matcha into the condensed milk until smooth, then fold into the cream with the vanilla.
- Pour into a loaf tin and freeze for at least 6 hours.
- Scoop and serve.
